At RadioMaster RC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance radio equipment. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all antennas, gimbal protectors, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
